Map of Colorado

Welcome to Colorado!

Sharing its border with seven states, Colorado offers a mix of urban and natural attractions. The western half of Colorado features the Rocky Mountains. The state's Northern Rockies offer the most recognizable vacation destinations in Colorado—Aspen, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Steamboat Springs and Vail—mostly due to their spectacular locations and world-class ski resorts. In the Central Rockies is the city of Colorado Springs and natural wonders like Pike's Peak and the Garden of the Gods. To the north, Metro Denver offers all of the excitement of a major American city, from professional football, hockey and baseball to incredible museums, theatres and other attractions. Further north, in the Front Range, explore the college towns of Boulder and Fort Collins, home to the University of Colorado and Colorado State University respectively. Other attactions and areas of interest in the state include Dinosaur National Monument, the Royal Gorge Bridge, the cities of Pueblo and Durango, the San Luis Valley and Great Sand Dune National Monument.
